Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying
MRICS qualified or working towards this
Minimum of 5 post-graduate years' experience in a cost consulting environment with experience on property sector projects
Experience in the UK working with developers and architects in the London market preferred
You will have exceptional communication skills and be confident in client meetings
