Cost & Commercial Managers - Corporate Fitout

This global real estate consultancy is hiring in their London HQ and have multiple positions available for experienced Cost and Commercial Managers through to Associate level.

Based smack bang in the city centre office and between client sites around London as required, this is an opportunity to join a prolific international brand within real estate.

Working with a huge spread of corporate clients across the world including some of the largest names in finance and technology, projects are centred on corporate real estate delivering office fit-out programmes of all shapes and sizes.

You will be expected to hit the ground running; as part of a team or independently, you will be client-facing from day one managing portfolios of a scale to suit your ability and level of experience.

The company culture here is not as you'd expect from such a large business. Relationships are personal, team environments welcoming and your career genuinely nurtured.

Salaries range from £40-70k plus bonuses and car allowances.

To be considered for a position, you will have previous cost or commercial management experience working directly for the client in a consulting capacity. Ideally you will have project experience in corporate real estate and office fitout.
