This week was an exciting one for Heron Partnership having met with the President and Managing Director of a very established and highly reputable construction consultancy visiting from the US.
Sat with our new client in a London hotel whilst drinking earl grey tea and trying to ignore the grey skies outside, hearing about the construction boom in places such as Los Angeles had us dreaming about sundowners on the beach and afterwork volley-ball.......
Alas for us recruiters here at Heron, such opportunities are only on offer if you are a trained Quantity Surveyor with cost consulting experience in the property sector.
If this is you, the following roles are currently available:
- Cost Manager x2 - Los Angeles
- Cost Manager - Washington DC
- M&E Cost Manager - Los Angeles or Washington DC
This is an award-winning company, both for its exciting portfolio of design-led projects but also for being a fantastic place to work, spearheaded by an inspiring management team with an innovative approach, leading from the front and looking after its people at every stage of their career.
Projects span the property sectors and include hotels & hospitality, arts & heritage, residential, mixed-use developments as well as data centres and education projects. Clients include prestigious developers, federal government, private equity funds and high net-worth individuals, even the odd Hollywood celebrity!
Heron Partnership is proud to be working exclusively with this impressive, privately-owned firm. We are looking to shortlist suitable candidates in the next 4-6 weeks with initial skype interviews taking place followed by a face to face interview in London.
Visas to work in the USA, flights and one month's accommodation upon arrival are all on offer for the right candidate.
Oh and did we mention the beach volleyball?!
